I love exercising, but running was never at the top of my list. Running a marathon was something on my distant bucket list of things to do.

The letter is not meant to be a trip down memory lane tale. Perhaps an inspiration for those in a deep state of emotional imbalance; there is a chance that running 26 miles can help you heal. LOL... I know, don't roll your eyes at me.
